Robust X20

Robust X20 Robust X20 has many uses such as extra hotel rooms, rental as a home or home office. The rental means that the repayment gives a repayment period of well under 10 years. Many private customers see the purchase as an investment and in many cases become important extra income. A home office for the self-employed is a deductible expense.

Basic specification

Nordluxe Robust X20, X28, X30L are built according to Swedish construction standards (see Nordluxe spec) and are delivered with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The walls are clad with veneer and heating / cooling system via air heat pump.

Rules for Compact Living

If you have a one- or two-dwelling house, you may, in addition to a shed of no more than 15 sqm, also build an attefall house without a building permit. Before you start building, you must make a report to the building committee and get a start notice.
