Standard rules

Template rule 1

You who own a property where your company has a workroom may deduct SEK 2,000 per year as a fixed amount. No additional costs are deductible. In addition, there is a requirement: You must work in the room at least 800 hours a year, which is about 15 hours a week, 52 weeks a year.

Template rule 2

If you live in a tenancy or condominium and your individual company needs a workroom - then you can deduct SEK 4,000 per year. But you still have to work in that room for at least 800 hours a year. The requirement for working hours is thus linked to the standard deduction.

Another variant for you who are a tenant is that you can get a deduction for part of the rent. The size of the deduction depends on how much of the home your company uses.
