Robust X15
In addition to tiny houses, Robust X 15 may also be built. Robust X15 is available in the same style as Robust X20, but without kitchen and bathroom. The following general rules exist for erecting a Robust X15.
You do not need a building permit to build a shed, nor do you need to make a registration or wait for a start notice. But there must be a residential building on the plot on which the shed is to be built.
A shed is a complement to a one- or two-dwelling house. Therefore, there must be a residential building on the plot when you start building. The Robust X 15 must be independent and may not be built together with any other building.
You may build one or more sheds on the same property. This applies regardless of what the detailed plan says about how large an area on the plot may be built on. You may not build a shed without a building permit if it is stated in the detailed plan that a building permit is required.
Size and location
The total building area of the Robust X 15 is limited to 15 square meters.
The maximum allowable height, so-called ridge height, is 3 meters.
Robust X 15 may be built on dotted land that may not normally be built on.
The distance to the plot boundary must be at least 4.5 meters, but you may build closer to the plot boundary if all the neighboring property's co-owners approve this. The approval can be given, for example, by each co-owner signing a situation plan that shows the Robust X 15 intended location.
Robustmust not be closer to the street, park or other public land than 4.5 meters.
Robust X 15 rules
The Robust X 15 rules are a collective name for some measures that for one- or two-dwelling houses are exempt from both the permit and notification obligation under certain conditions.
