Complaint commitment

The building is delivered finished treated and has undergone a packing check.
We still ask you to review all parts and check these against the material list upon delivery.

The buyer shall invoke any
errors or deficiencies to Nordluxe in accordance with ch. 19 a § JB. Complaints
must be made within 4 months after delivery. Construction defects that are covered by
warranty commitments and complaints must be sent to Nordluxe AB, Box 1343,
S-18125 Lidingö, Sweden.

Our right of complaint does not cover:

- Natural color changes in the wood.
- Color variations in the wood that do not affect its service life.
- Parts that have been treated or assembled.
- Twig rash on parts that are not load-bearing or otherwise affect the stability of the building.
- Small, non-continuous cracks or fissures and twigs in the wood that do not affect the building's construction or stability.
- Floor wood is only a subfloor. There may be small holes, twig rashes, cracks, etc.
- Twisted wood that can still be installed. > - In case of substandard wood treatment.
- Complaints after the house has been installed incorrectly or incorrectly executed foundation.
- If changes have been made to the building in addition to those stated in the installation instructions.
- Extra installed windows and doors.
- If the building is painted black and / or treated with iron vitrol.

The right to make a complaint is limited only to replacement goods and missing or incorrect material.
Replacement goods are always delivered untreated.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make technical changes to the product.
When the purchase has been made via a reseller, all possible complaint matters must go through these.

This information must always accompany a complaint case:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Type of damage / fault eg: Part missing, Part damaged, Transport damage
  • In the event of transport damage, be sure to check the material inside the packaging.
    To ensure that the product is no longer damaged, it must be protected against weather and other external influences.
    NOTE! Visible transport damage at the time of delivery must also be reported to the carrier.
  • The error must be described with pictures and in text form, where it must be clear which article (attefallshus) and which part of this article it applies to. Pictures must be taken so that the entire damage is visible in the picture / pictures.
    The picture / pictures of the product in its entirety must also be attached.
